Great service at the Mt. Kisco Staples location. The staff that helped me was very knowledgeable and she also took her time to
share the rewards program and walked me through the process.
Great rewards program, I immediately saved $30 on my purchases.

Just returned from Staples this morning. Needed to work with someone in the Easy Tech area, and the person that came over to help me was an absolutely horrible employee. I had lugged in my laptop and iPad, as well as other items. Very heavy and difficult for me, especially considering I use a cane and am unsteady on my feet. I put everything on a chair, which was in front, and wheeled everything over to wait for someone to help me at the Easy Tech Desk. Very unresponsive staff. The man that came over to me to help, promptly informed me that no one was going to be in the store that day to man the Easy Tech Department. I then had to ask when someone would be present to man the Easy Tech Desk. He answered, “Tomorrow.” Then, I asked, “What time?” Answer: “2.” Then I asked if he would help me to bring everything back to my car, which was parked right smack in front of the store. Employee said “No, because of liability.” Then, he asked if I was going to return the chair to where it was. I replied that in all of the years that I’ve been going to this location, no one has ever asked me to return the chair.” He retorted, “There’s a first time for everything.” I replied, “Maybe you can learn some customer service” and picked up my handbag, bag and cane and gimped out. Nice to know that the owner or manager trains his staff this way.

Went to buy a lap top computer because it said they had 2 in stock. I asked the lady to see if they had it and she said no. She then asked to show me the model on my phone and took my phone to look at the model. Then asked me if I had PayPal as she tried to order it on my phone without my authorization to get delivered to the store…I went there to get it asap which was the only reason I stopped there… I will just go to Amazon and have one tomorrow. Horrible… get some sales training

Needed 500 copies made within a few days. Luckily Dave from the printing dept. went out of his way ensuring I got best price on good stock paper I needed. Being Sat.; "when it rains it pours" situation , Dave handled pickups, drop-offs and new print orders calmly. Kudos to Dave for taking care of the customers!

David Fairchild is an outstanding member of Staples Print Marketing team. He is patient, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. Staples would be well-served having David teach the other Staples employees how to deal with people.

Employees are generally unhelpful and or passive-aggressive. The last time I was there, I received a lecture from a cashier about patience when I asked if someone could help me at the Amazon drop-off desk. The person working at the drop-off desk went on break as soon as I walked up to the counter and left me waiting for half an hour. Who decides it's break time with one person standing in front of them? I get it; it’s retail, and these things are to be expected. It’s just a constant frustration every single time I go there.

Ordered printing job for 1st birthday party invitations. Pick up on 9/21/23 at approx 4 pm: Half the invites had the bottom line cut off. Male employee in printing section says "nothing we can do, can't control how they're cut, people don't understand the program margins". Pointed out the program has very easy interface with distinct printable area and that half somehow printed appropriately and his response " well I didn't make the program". Informed him that I didn't need to be told that he is not the program designer and found his response to be condescending and disrespectful. Shrugs and says "okay". If employee showed least bit of decorum, I would have asked for a reprint. Instead, full refund and job goes elsewhere. Staples.... is this the standard?

Had the best experience here recently. The manager Louis was extremely helpful in helping me find what I needed and when he saw me struggling with holding my items he took some to the front for me while I continued shopping. When I went to checkout I saw Louis training a team member and he was clearly a great coach. Thanks for the great shopping experience!

Staff is really great and helpful! I had to print some games for a bridal shower and even though the printing area was swamped, Dave did an amazing job getting everyone taken care of.

This location is a UPS drop off point, they lost my packages and offered no solutions/resolutions. I would not trust going here again.
