From the moment I walked into the store, twice in the last 2 weeks, I was greeted with a warm fuzzy welcome. The first time a young man asked what he could help me with and I showed him a color code from another paint company that he matched perfectly. The second time I was greeted by a female associate, I'm sorry I am not sure of her name, and she asked if I needed help. Actually in the past she has helped me before. She made a few suggestions and gave me great advice. Instead of the colors I picked out I noticed a display of your color for 2023 Redend when I placed it with the chip I had for my living room Biscuit, I knew instantly that was the color. I did ask if anybody else picked that color and she said, No. So I'm the first, and it came out just the way I wanted. I also observed the associate help 2 other ladies while taking care of me. Kudos to the whole team.

Christine is so nice very friendly she help me she was making sure about the color i was my first time there but was a great experience i call the store first she give advice n then after i show up at the store it was another guy too but i love the store now is myMini home depot 5 m away from home see you soon guys i have a lot project to do at home for this winter !!!!

I drive past a few other places to get paint just to get it from Sherwin in Mt. Kisco. Kristen is awesome, always helps find the right products I need, and always remembers who I am. She has some of the best customer service skills that I have ever seen, anywhere!
