If I could give NO stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. Supposedly they were compounding a medicine but there was no compounding at all, they gave me the bottle that came straight from the drug company. Was not covered by my insurance bc they could not be bothered to figure out how to do it properly. I paid $180 for a 2 week supply. Went to another compounding pharmacy who knew how to do it right and paid a $5 copay. Horrible.

they say they never received the prescription that was called in on 1/25 , my doctor has confirmation that prescription was sent at 2:56 PM on that day , today is 1/31 , now i have to pay over the cost because the insurance company needed pre authorization, also store opened 15 minutes late , and my son had to 2 hours more in the recovery room because of this , only positive about this pharmacy is staff is very friendly and polite .

This Family Pharmacy is a precious community anchor. Sevice is caring and professional. The pharmacist takes amble time to explain medications and their side effects and benefits. Also the pharmacist will answer questions as best as possible regarding insurance coverage and very supportive to each customer. Besides medications, this pharmacy carries shower chairs, walkers, and a good assortment of surgical supplies. It is not a chain store with employee turnover. the pharmacists and staff have a generous portion of patience and guidance. Plus their prices have been much lower than most of the other pharmacies!

Glad I changed drug stores this year. Really good pharmacy & I like the staff, but there's one lady who keeps commenting "it's only $1, " when I use my debit to pay for my Rx. Unless there's a minimum pay't amt (& there's no sign stating that @the register), it shouldn't matter what method-of-payment a customer decides to use.Convenient location near Northwell Hospital.

As someone who used to work at this pharmacy I wouldn't recommend getting your medications or compounded medications here. Everything is messy, unorganized, and dirty. During my time here, the staff were always stressed, unhappy and just overall bad attitude. The only meds that are worth getting are any viagras (and depending on which doctor you have, you should be getting discounts). As for surgical supplies, you can find them anywhere in the internet. Unless you desperately need it like a hospital bed or etc. The pharmacy manager tends to lie and say certain medications are on back order or we have in stock, in reality we just say that to get off the phone, and deal with your anger later, hell, we do anything to just get off the phone. If you do get compounded medication here, I suggest going somewhere else. There are plenty of compounding pharmacies in Westchester that offer better customer service and more sanitized than Robert Jacobson. We don't wash our hands or clean the counter when counting your meds, much less clean at all. So enjoy your medication infested with multiple pathogens. My recommendation? Stick to CVS, Walgreens, etc. there's a reason why they're preferred pharmacies, They have better regulations. And if you’re looking for a job here, just don’t. Even when I worked here, the employees have greatly emphasized how much they hated working here.

Called to see if I left something there and they were the rudest people ever. They kept asking for my birthday and name. What did that have to do with the fact I wondering if I left anything there? They wouldn't even say yes or no. Please hire new staff at this location

Absolute worst pharmacy experience ever. The pharmacist lied to me about an RX being on back order because they didn't want to honor my free co-pay coupon. As much as I like to support local businesses this is the exception. The pharmacist at CVS knows my name transferred the RX and coupon and filled the med in 20 minutes ($0 copay) that was supposedly on back order. Oh and forget about a call or text from Robert Jacobson they probably still have dial up internet.
