I just purchased my new Camry from Rivera Toyota and the entire experience was stress-free. I had the pleasure of working with Luis during this purchase and he was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Luis and Mariano went beyond expectations to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new car. This is the second car I purchased from them. I highly recommend Rivera Toyota.

Aug 2024: Sticker price includes a $5,995 Dealer Price Adjustment Fee. Looking elsewhere.
In Response: Didn't speak with a sales team member. This was the advertised price on the dealer website. Do your homework and call around, there are dealers that do not charge this bogus fee.

I have been to many Toyota Dealerships in the last couple of days . This one is the best .Jose is an outstanding salesman man , very articulate and fully detailed .He doesn't try to push you into a deal he works with you .Other dealerships the salesman don't give a damn . Sebastian is the manager a great guy . First manager that got involved in my purchase .Other dealerships manager didn't come out of their office
Got a great price on my Toyota 2024 RAV4
Will be returning again for future purchases .

Bait and Switch. I called at 1pm to verify a used car they listed was still available. They say it is so I made a 3:30 appointment. I'm running a little late so they call me at 3:40 to see if I'm still coming. I get there and the sales guy tells me the car is not available bc it's been reserved. I guess they think lying to the customer is okay. IMO not a good way to start a relationship. So, beware of the bait and switch from this dealership.
