Petco should be ashamed of themselves! We took our dog in to get groomed and asked that they not crate her because the last time she was with them for grooming, she came home with a bruise and cut after they left her in a crate. We asked that they please not put her in a crate the second time and the results were even worse!!!' I would recommend you never go to this groomer ever again!! Total disregard and negligence!!!

Heather is by far the worst groomer I've ever come across. I have a husky malamute mix and she not only charge me for services she didn't provide but she SHAVED HER ENTIRE BELLY. I requested a deshedding treatment and that was her version of "deshedding". She single-handedly destroyed my dogs beautiful coat. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.

I will never go back to the location in Mount Kisco. Heather was so rude and nasty. I paid $75 for my dogs bath and haircut and she allowed him to pee on himself twice and when we picked him up told us that he "had a couple of accidents.". I will never go back...I'm disgusted.

Do not assume the appointments you make with their groomers will be honored. I had four appoints for two dogs canceled in five days after booking appointments online. Just an awful store to deal with. Told to take up my issue with corporate customer service.

I went to Petco in Bedford Hills today. Not any helpers. On my way out I saw one. He was bending over and his belt/waisband was just above his knees and his entire butt with Boxers was up in the air with boxers not quite covering the crack. This is totally unacceptable.

Went in for two items, one they were completely out of, but the second I was told they had in stock but no one could help me get it for at least two hours. I don't have two hours to just sit around and wait so I guess I'm not shopping here again any time soon

The only good thing about this store was the puppy we saw and what we bought. The costumer service was awful literally gonna drown the employees in the damn fish tank with that stank a$$ attitude. We also saw dead fish in some tanks. We went to get our money to pay and they put the fish back while we were gone. This store is absolutely horrendous, I wish I could give this place 0 stars and for your own sake don't go there PERIODT.

By far, the nicest and most attentive staff ever!!! I brought a newborn mink (found him by my front door) into the store because my vet was not open yet, and I needed to get this poor critter immediate medical attention. I totally lucked out with Petco!!! Petco's team of Lenny, Kenny, Manny and David were so helpful and cared so much for this animal. Manny immediately brought him to their vet across the street who determined he was a newborn orphaned mink. The mink is doing well, and an animal rescue stepped in to give him a new home! BRAVO to the Petco Team!! These guys acted quickly and saved this little guy's life!! I cannot thank them enough!!! Being a huge animal lover, Petco made my year!!!
