It's a better petco than many however they only have 2 people. The prices were clear the place was clean as possible. Thier inventory may just need adjusting.

I had to walk around the aisles several times to get some help with the pet grooming products - and even after a long wait the person who came to help said no idea about the tools and couldn’t get anyone that could help me either ?♂️ I had to search online all the products they had in the store and pick what’s good for me.

Petco should be ashamed of themselves! We took our dog in to get groomed and asked that they not crate her because the last time she was with them for grooming, she came home with a bruise and cut after they left her in a crate. We asked that they please not put her in a crate the second time and the results were even worse!!!' I would recommend you never go to this groomer ever again!! Total disregard and negligence!!!

Heather is by far the worst groomer I've ever come across. I have a husky malamute mix and she not only charge me for services she didn't provide but she SHAVED HER ENTIRE BELLY. I requested a deshedding treatment and that was her version of "deshedding". She single-handedly destroyed my dogs beautiful coat. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE.

I appreciate this store so much! They really care for their animals! Elizabeth pet manager helped me on the issue I had with my ferret . I’m not experience at all! But she helped me clear up the real issue. She gave me some in sight on what to do. Her advice worked! I changed the food to what petco feeds them! And the itching stop and my ferret rocket is eating more! He had a bad reaction to Kaydee ferret turkey . Marshall food worked!!!! And how to prepare the food and how she feeds her ferrets ! And now my ferret is thriving ! I’m so grateful ! Thank you petco ! And my ferret is more active now! Poop is back to normal!!!

I went to the Petco location in Mount Kisco. One of the associates came out and help me fix my I’ll dog with a harness.
