Nice suburban bank in Mt Kisco NY. One problem should be resolved. Coin counter should be managed by People United staff if a coin business is using the machine. Often these businesses cause the technology problems.

Really great customer service. I recently had a small problem and was upset over the situation and they helped me quickly and courteously and solved my problem and apologized. I was expecting to go to the bank mad and leave angry too but they fixed everything and I actually left happy. The people working in this branch really go above and beyond.

Worst on line systems in the world. It is a shame that a small local bank can't build a decent on-line system that competes with the bigger better banks. very frustrating and their support is useless.
