I have never been to this location, but I did call for service. My package was supposed to go to Mount Vernon, however it was scanned incorrectly and sent to Mount Kisco. When I called to inquire about the package being re-routed, the gentleman who I spoke with answered on the first ring, never placed me on hold, was extremely gracious and answered my question. I wish that service was at all USPS locations. He should teach a class customer service!
