I brought my 2007 Chevy suburban in for a simple airbag. Recall the car came back with a broken dashboard and grease on the seats in console. The service manager said it came in that way and I said no then he came back to me 10 minutes later and said yes, the mechanic did break it, but never apologized, a new dashboard was ordered and installed a week or so later the vehicle came back even dirtier this time with grease on both driver side seats console and dash would never recommend them to anyone is 2007 but it was filthy dirty when I got it back unacceptable

Gavin took the time to understand the issue I was having with my vehicle and worked to have the repair performed over the weekend so I did not lose use of the truck during the week.

My truck wasn't seen for a week due to lack of mechanics. No loaner was avaliable and i wasn't reimbursed for a rental. I had to borrow a friend car. Gavin was amazing but i wasn't happy spending 800 a month for a lease and not given something to drive while truck was being worked on. I will have to really do some thinking weather or not to stay with Chevy for my next lease. This vehicle is my 4th lease through chevy and my wife currently has a leased Blazer

Love my Suburban but I will buy something from another brand that does not sell my information to the insurance companies. Talk about an invasion of Privacy.
After reading Chevrolet of Mt Kisco I am happy to say, management notified me with in a few minutes they have taken steps to fix this issue after an overwhelming response with similar concerns regarding an invasion of privacy.
