“7/21/23, visiting my sister who lives in the area for a family event. She comes here often and this is a Great store, very deceiving from outside. You would think it was small, but quite large with great selections. The store is also bright and clean.That said, Shout out to Zach ?? these 5 stars are for you! Thank you for being patient, answering all my questions with a smile and for the recommendations…. Also thanks to the other Staff member who was there and added a few comments to what he tried and like.The smiles, good humor and assisting us to the car was much appreciated. I will be back whenever in the area and need wine or spirits ?”

“The store is much much bigger than you could even imagine. You walk in and it seems as if you’d enter the mecca of wine & spirits. The staff is incredibly helpful in guiding me through some decisions and educating me on my choices. They even carried the bottles to my car. You come for a quick stop but stay for the hospitality and abundant wine selection! I’ll be coming back for the tastings too.”
“Thierry, the owner, is incredible who has a contagious passion for wine.. I’ve had a hospitable experience at every visit. This place has a fantastic, diverse portfolio of international wines at great price points. (I’ve noticed I’ve been ripped off by some other local purveyors and shops who apply silly, unfounded markups… they shall remain nameless but it’s terrible!) I LOVE their detailed notes on each bottle and the care they take to do their research. It’s really clear to see this spot was opened with real dedication. I hope you choose to support these guys as they’re definitely the best in town and the region.”
“I grew up in the area, with many options, and my parents always chose Dodd's. Now I'm 30 years older and back to the area and am amazed they are still as awesome. The whole team (and yes, it feels like a team) give you the small town personal feeling, can help you get you anything you want, or advice on best choices. So nice on the phone, go out of their way to make a delivery if you are in a bind … they make it nice to be back in the area again. Best quality and prices with the personal touch? “Think of River View as your friendly neighborhood wine store. Place is decently sized with a skew more towards wine than liquor. It's also catty-corner from a parking lot which is damned convenient. My favorite part about it is the owner; he's always there, knows his stuff, and is a genuinely nice guy; if I had a nickel for every rude person working in a liquor store, I'd have a f*** of a lot of nickels. Prices are very reasonable too, especially for a place paying rent on Main St. Main drawback here is that the selection could be a bit better. They are more focused on curating a good list of alcohol options than a large list of alcohol options. If you come here expecting a massive selection you'll be disappointed, however if you just come with a general idea of what you want/asking for a recommendation, you will be happy.”
“im somewhat of a regular i suppose lol. today i walked in and diverted from my usual section. i was immediately met with "whoa ok what do we need" by the staff. i said "i need a brut and i have a 20" and i was walking out the door as a satisfied customer in under a minute. good stuff too.”

I was heading to a friends place and already had my dog and 12 month old in the car when I realized I forgot something. She took my info and brought the purchase out to my car! (And age verified ?) “Decent liquor store conveniently located adjacent to Shop Rite and in the same center as CVS (sometimes can be a downside during holiday/crunch times). The staff are helpful and will be quick to fill in a register when the line builds up. My main wish is that they had a bigger selection of different liquers / alcohol-containing mixers and bitters. The prices aren't bad, but they're not cheap either.”
