Unable to deliver the car on time.
Sales man promised delivery on Friday
and the delivery never materialized. We went back to the drawing board and the car was scheduled for delivery on Saturday at @8:00 AM- never happened.
After yelling and screaming and threatening to cancel this transaction the car was delivered. The car was driven by an employee it was not on a truck.
This dealership has no respect for customers.

This is my second time coming here to talk with Anthony and his team. Must say they are the best they definitely work with you. They are respectful and professional. I definitely recommend going to Darcars Lexus in Mt Kisco!! Love the team work they put in to satisfy the customers needs.

While researching cars online, I came across a listing at Darcar Lexus that caught my attention. After a phone conversation with Jose Delacruz decided to purchase the car I liked. Throughout this process, Jose was incredibly helpful. We completed all the paperwork online, making the entire experience smooth and convenient. When I went to pick up the car, they arranged for me to be picked up from the airport and driven to Berar Lexus. Jose, who was friendly and approachable, made the whole process enjoyable.
