From reading others' experiences here, it's almost like they were at a completely different establishment. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you were an electrician who already knew exactly what you needed.

I went to a brick and mortar to get a little more help, and a little advice. They exceeded my expectations by explaining to me the problems with my ideas for lighting, kept me from making a mistake, and took the time to show me better options in my price-range. They seemed to care as if it was their own house.
