Worst experience I’ve ever had. I used them years ago and they were good. This time I was doing a complete Reno to 3 full bathrooms. I went into the store and picked out all the fixtures. The sales rep wrote everything down. Then she sent the wrong roughs to the job site and the plumber installed them. I had to hound her to find out when the rest of my order was shipping because I just had the roughs and we had picked everything out. She didn’t realized she sent the wrong thing and I had to pick out a completely different set of fixtures for all three bathrooms. I had to practically beg her to take my money. I kept calling to get it done. The order was always wrong. There was an extra toilet on the order, there were things on the list that were not needed. I would call the rep who said she’d be working and I could hear the TV on loudly in the background while we spoke I really honestly should’ve just gone online and ordered everything. So then the three faucets were all the same for all bathrooms. The plumber tells me towards the end of the job that all the O-rings on the faucets were broken. Had to go out and get new ones. And one of the faucets was missing a piece. This was reno for my 91-year-old mother to move into a new condo. One of the faucets was missing a piece. I called customer service. They were great, but the piece was back ordered For four months. She’s moving in a week. I called the store to get them to help me and spoke to the manager who assured me he’d help me and he would call me right back. It’s been a week. I called yesterday, they said they would get someone to call me right away 24 hours later no call. Do not use this store for anything.

What a bummer. I went here early December to pick out stuff for a bathroom remodel and it's like pulling teeth to get Betty to even follow up with me. Weeks go by and I'm sending emails and not getting a response, or being told information will be sent to me the following day, only for nothing to ever be received. How frustrating. I had everything picked out and ready to purchase. My last email to Betty was literally telling her this. Just send me the bill! That was two weeks ago and I never heard back. I went to Best Plumbing, Tile and Stone and spent all of 30 mins picking out similar stuff, but adding on some light fixtures, mirror, tile, etc. I've already paid and have a delivery date. Don't waste your time with Ferguson.

The people couldn't have been nicer. We needed a replacement kitchen faucet with sprayer, but the one we liked was on special order. They have a tremendous selection in their warehouse, and he helped us find one we liked and arranged to have it delivered in days. (You can see their stock on their website at build dot com.)

I spent over $8,000 at this store well over seven weeks ago. I still continue to have bathroom pieces missing. It takes days before I receive a call back or an email response each time I have an inquiry regarding items missing. Very poor follow-up and terrible customer service. At this point, I am ready to return my entire purchase.

I was received by a very Hostile customer rep. who once determined that what i was looking for was not something they stock. proceeded to yell at me, tell me i reached the wrong store. did nothing to point me in the right direction. then hung up.
