They might wear the shirt, but they know nothing of customer service.

Just had an awesome customer experience here. I was carrying in boxes so Jaiden came out to meet me at the door and help me get in. He was then extremely polite and quickly walked me through my shipment. Great service. Thanks, Jaiden!

I have use this FedEx location twice. Great customer service,always welcoming recent I had 2 different tasks to accomplish and 2 employees help d me at the same time! Highly recommend this location.

Fedex LIES. I was quoted $71 over the phone for overnight delivery, $104 at the store. Mt. Kisko folks recommended Ground for $28 to arrive only 1 day later, by Aug 2. I stupidly BELIEVED THEM. It's Aug 5 and my package is STILL SITTING IN A WAREHOUSE IN NJ!!!! Hours on the phone with empty promises. I had other options and chose Fedex mistakenly thinking it would be more dependable. Very upsetting.

I always go to this FEDEX location. They are really fabulous! I have never had a bad experience here. Darlene is exceptional. She helped me with what I had to send and also offered to sign me up again for an account. Professional and friendly!

This is my "go to" store location for all my shipping needs. I rarely wait in a line (and when I do, it's usually very quick), the customer service is always friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. My packages always get to their destination without any hitches and to my surprise, the rates are usually very affordable (and sometimes beats the post office). I also love that I can park right out front for FREE and always find parking near the door. Super duper convenient in every category! Shout out to Natacha for providing exceptional customer service during my most recent visit.

Had a great experience recently with Sam having our wedding day programs and signs printed! She was so helpful and kept us laughing in the midst of wedding planning stress. Our prints were ready the next day and they turned out perfectly.Thank you, Sam!
