I can't express my gratitude enough to Robert and the team at Elephant's Trunk. They truly saved the day for me! With a last-minute event suddenly on my agenda, I found myself in a scramble for a tuxedo, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.
Coincidentally, my office is located just a short distance away, and when I urgently searched for nearby tuxedo rental places, Elephant's Trunk popped up. From the moment I walked in, Robert greeted me warmly and immediately got to work on finding the perfect tuxedo for my event.
Robert's expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. Despite the tight timeframe, he guided me through the selection process flawlessly, ensuring that every detail was just right.
I want to extend a sincere thank you to Robert and the entire team at Elephant's Trunk for their exceptional service. While my experience was nothing short of fantastic, I want to stress the importance of planning ahead whenever possible. Nonetheless, if you find yourself in need of a tuxedo rental, I highly recommend paying a visit to Elephant's Trunk. Thank you once again for everything!

Incredibly knowledgeable and nice people! Got me fitted and into a perfect tuxedo for a wedding. I will definitely be going back next time I need a tux.

Had 2 appts for the same time this week. One for myself(mother of the bride) and one for my friend(mother of the groom). I would have given less stars, but their dress selection was beautiful. I was totally ignored, not offered any assistance or other suggestions and felt flat-out forgotten about. My daughter (the bride)was with us and managed to keep bringing my selected dresses to me (which were all located across the store). Eventually, the petite blonde woman asked “…and who are you?”. (After already having tried on 5 or 6 dresses.) The gentleman (I don’t even know his name) was busy helping what I believed to be a walk-in and shortly thereafter was helping the women that had appts after mine. My friend, on the other hand was taken care of beautifully. Such a disappointing first time mother of the bride experience for me & my daughter (the bride)

Their prices are better than many of the online options, and you get the added bonus of a tuxedo fitting you just right for your big day. Pick Elephant's Trunk and Robert and don't look back - you'll be too busy looking at how good you look. I guarantee it.

They did a great job with my Tuxedo rental. The salesman (Robert) walked me through all my options, offering advice as needed, made sure everything fit well, made adjustment/replacements when needed, and made me feel like they cared whether or not I looked good at the event. In the end, you couldn't tell I was in a rented tux. And, it cost less than my previous Tux rental at another place nearby.

The team at elephants trunk provides 5 star service. I went in for a tuxedo fitting and the whole experience made me feel confident I am going to look my best on my wedding day. They were also able to coordinate a second fitting to guarantee everything will fit as it should. My dad and brother will also be getting their tuxedos here.

Great place for your tuxedo needs. I needed tuxedo attire in a pinch and Robert and staff were on it. They took care of my needs at a moments notice. Definitely would recommend.

Never been in your store and I never will. I will also suggest to anyone I speak to not to support your business. I have worked in retail for 40 years and I will be a MOB next year. Friends suggested I look for a dress in your store, fortunately for me I had not yet gotten there. Instead I suggested a friend of mine and her daughter (bride) go to Elephants Trunk to look for a dress for MOB. What happened next was disgraceful, unprofessional, hurtful and embarrassing to all involved. The OWNER of the store made multiple comments about the MOB weight, told the salesgirl that she can't try dresses on and made my friend and her daughter extremely uncomfortable. This place of business should be ashamed of themselves. I am sure you have beautiful overpriced dresses but your ugly cheap remarks are more your style.

A great big shout out to Elephants Trunk! I was recommended this location by a friend in my search for a mother of the bride dress. The first impression of walking through the door of this exquisite shop was Wow!!! We were instantly greeted and made us feel so welcomed! They have a beautiful line of many options of dresses and tuxedos. One point that really stuck with me being a husband and wife team ourselves was that this boutique was also a husband snd wife business! Truly a special find and highly recommend this boutique if you are looking for something special! Easy to get to in a fantastic location!
