I recently purchased a face cord of firewood from Bedford Gravel. Unfortunately, the wood was not fully seasoned and in fact it was dirty.. there was also a considerable amount of rotted wood in the face cord. I am very disappointed as I specifically asked for seasoned wood. The worst part about the situation is I am stuck with a substantial amount of wood that is of no value to me .

Called 2 times to schedule a delivery, first call I asked about availability given the soonest day and before I could ask another question I was hung up on. Called back and didn’t receive an answer. So I called on another phone to which they answered. I asked to schedule a delivery. They asked if I’ve ever shopped with them before(no and never will) and was told I needed to come in to schedule a delivery and again hung up on. I will gladly pay Kent countryside nursery to deliver to my Bedford jobs going forward.
