Staff was professional and knowledgeable and willing to help, including a phone call I made after leaving the store to ask a question about the new phone. They also contacted me the next day to ensure everything was ok.

Mack & Chris worked with me for several hours to make sure my service was changed from Verizon to AT&T! We ran into some issues but your reps worked through each issue to make sure that I left with my service switched to AT&T! Very nice job!
