Wanda really knows what she is doing. She has adjusted my positions during stretching and exercise so that I felt the stretch correctly and had proper form during the exercise. She can tell you all about the different muscles and how they work. She's the best!

Wanda is great because she explains everything before exersize and she makes corrections if you’re not doing exercise correctly.

I've been a member here for over 20 years. They have a fantastic staff and atmosphere. The equipment is replaced regularly and well-maintained. 5 out of 5 Stars. Highly recommend.
