Susan McCarthy is amazing. I called and asked her for a CMA. I needed the information for my lawyer for my divorce proceedings. She was professional, so unbelievably sweet and super efficient. Within two days I had the information I needed, in a beautiful packet to supply my lawyer with. she did all of this with no cost to me! I highly recommend her to anyone who is in any need of any kind of real estate buying or selling!!!

I've worked with Michael Morris and Coldwell Banker M&D Good Life as a mortgage loan officer and as a credit restoration expert for his home buyers for over 17 years. He not only is a nice guy who is truly concerned about helping his home buyers and sellers, but a remarkable trainer for his real estate agents. He is one of the best, honest, and dedicated Realtors I have know.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mike for the past 2.5 years after merging my own Coldwell Banker office with him. He is well versed and knowledgable on local economies, fair housing laws, financing options, and marketing. My only regret is that I did not join forces with him sooner.
