“I've been shopping this Ace store since it opened. The manager Laura is always so nice an helpful as well as the staff. Pat, Lane and all the employees go above and beyond when you require assistance. It's not the closest Ace to me but certainly the best which is why I go there!”
“I ordered 2 oval matte black closet rods after measuring the distance between the walls myself and when they arrived one was a bit short. (They ask you to measure exact distance between the walls and they'll send the correct length rod) Unfortunately I was off by 1/4" (walls are not plumb) and that meant I got the wrong size rod. I called and they told me they would send another rod whatever length I wanted as long as I paid shipping. I thought that was very fair and the new rod arrived 2 days later and fits perfectly.”

“Was here today at the Shirley store to pick up 6 various items that fit in my shopping cart.As I got on a short line at self checkout, I had Mary ask me if she could help with scanning so I said sure.By the time she was done I had my card ready to swipe and was on my way in no time.I noticed she was doing that with other customers which showed she cared enough about helping move the line and not just watching like you see in other stores.Nice experience at the self checkout!”

“As much as I dread going to big box stores this HD is about the easiest.
I have never had an issue at this HD. Shelves are well stocked and organized. Usually enough floor staff if I need help finding something.
Checkout and return counter staff are always courteous and at times social.”

“Hi came into Lowe’s because I am renovating my home and I had the best experience I’ve ever had in any large store comparable to Lowe’s. It was super organized and the person that helped me was so knowledgeable on every product and what I needed I would describe the work being done and he told me exactly what they would need to do the work. I even picked up some extra items for my contractor. I signed up for a pro card To save money on my transaction and for future purchases as well. Adam Jackson was the most helpful sales representative I’ve ever had in my life. Keep in mind I was dreading this trip and it turned out to be so easy. I was in and out and off to my next errand.
