Broadway, Rocky Point“The hair cut is perfect, but that’s not why I’m giving it 5 stars. My first time entering this shop and Tony treated me like he’s known me for 40 years. Such a great guy! Fun to talk to, need more people like him in this world. Tony will be my barber and my two sons barber for as long as he is cutting hair.Services: Kids' cuts”
“In our quest for all things "antique", my fella requested the pit stop. Shop was a buzz as they prepared for the auction happening in the next few days. Some items for "sale on the spot", others reserved for the auction. Tripping around this space felt like being in a relatives garage or attic and making one spectacular discovery after another. We happened to catch the matriarch of the company in-house and she filled us in on the history of this (newest) location. From wartime artifacts, continental delights, fabulous furnishings and everything in-between, my head was reeling from all the amazing and eclectic finds all comfortably housed within. The leather club chairs had my eye along with a fabulous fixture that I could envision in my foyer as a lovely "welcome home" statement piece. For now, my small little studio will have to keep dreaming but.... should my square footage ever expand, I certainly can find some awesome pieces to fill the space.”
“Had the loveliest experience in this store today!! For sure some of the best true vintage/antique (and at extremely fair prices) in the area. Emily and Dina were so charming! <3”
“I have purchased many times from South Bay over the past 5 years. Easily my favorite auction house I've ever purchased from. Shipping is also very easy. They use a local shipping company, the prices are very reasonable, and items are typically shipped within days of purchase.”
“I'm reviewing Victoria's because I saw there weren't any reviews yet and this shop deserves them--it is my favorite antique store on this part of Long Island, and the owner is absolutely wonderful. I've been stopping in here on and off for about 10 years now, and I always see something I want either for myself or a gift. There's something for everyone but if you're looking for a special gift for a woman in particular you're likely to find just the right little treasure here--lots of gorgeous antique jewelry and vintage clothes and accessories, with a selection that is varied and large but isn't so overwhelmingly huge as to make your eyes glaze over; it's all lovingly curated and Victoria has great taste. That taste is reflected in the decorative items, too--I'm generally not a fan of antique dinnerware and vases (it's more "frou frou" than I usually like, as I prefer simpler, midcentury pieces) but the items here never cease to impress me as unexpected gems. There's a little district of antique and gift shops in this part of Eastport, all of which have their charms...but this is the only one that's a "must visit."”
“Everyone is so friendly & the prices are very reasonable. It's such a nice experience. There are so many interesting and unique finds in all the different barns, yep, they are all real barns. Every vendor is in an actual antique barn that was brought to the site. You'll find it hard to leave empty-handed. And you will definitely want to go back to hear their stories and see their new treasures. ♥️”
