Rob was great today! He was very knowledgeable and helpful (and polite). He explained what the possible problem(s) were that my SUV was having and offered solutions.

Rob was amazingly helpful when we stopped in for parts. Without him we wouldn't be going on our car trip. 5 stars to Rob from NAPA in moravia!
