I did not have a good experience with Carstar. Car star provided 2 different estimates with different amounts which ended up causing supplements which ultimately delayed the return of my car. A minor repair of scratches
( no parts replacement)which should have been completed in 2-3 days took more than 1 week. I had to make multiple calls and emails so that my car could be released.

This place is amazing!! A tree fell on our car a few weeks ago, and the people at Carstar went above and beyond, not only fixing and repairing the car, but cleaning it inside and out and making it look good as new! And we have two young kids so the car was REALLY dirty. I would never wish for car damage, but in this case, our car came back much nicer than it was before. The customer service was great, communication was clear, and the overall experience was outstanding. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Incredible service here. They don’t just do a great job on your car ahead of schedule, they communicate and really make sure you understand the process and what they’re doing. A real 1st class business, that takes care of its customers and is kind and helpful the whole way through!

I recently had an outstanding experience with this auto body shop and just have to share! After a minor mishap, my car’s headlight needed some professional attention. Not only did the team do a fantastic job repairing and calibrating the headlight, but they also handled my insurance claim with GEICO smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free for me.
Their communication was excellent throughout the process, keeping me updated and informed. What really stood out was their efficiency; they promised my car back within a certain timeframe, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive it three days earlier than expected!
