Brought my 2003 VW GTI VR6 to Al on several occasions. I no longer own the car as it seemed to be plagued with electrical gremlins but whatever I needed done on it Al always managed to get done well and at a fair price.

Al straightened a plethora of problems with my diesel bug so much so I brought my daughters Jetta diesel for a timing belt change. His prices are fair and his knowledge is amazing. He is a one man show so I was not expecting head turning speed but I feel the quality of his work speaks for itself. Would I go back? ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend most assuredly! If you like to complain about speedy service go to a dealership where you can also complain about the creamers available at the coffee bar.

I got a great deal on a BMW. The owner is courteous and professional. A great place to get your BMW serviced and repaired or buy a nice preowned car.

Bought my car here almost three years ago. Great service, reasonable prices and Allen was friendly and informative. I have had no issues with my car that Caliber Imports was unwilling to fix and work with me on.

Bought my first car here and it's lasted me almost three years now! The buying experience was easy and the prices reasonable. Would buy from again.

I too purchased a car from Allen, and lost more than 50% of the money I paid for the vehicle. Not worth it. Very overpriced and fraudulent. On my way home off the lot i had the "check engine'' light come on.

Buying a car from Allen was a very frustrating and expensive experience. Allen lied about having a clean car fax - it shows structural damage - and the car I paid $8,800.00 for was valued at $750.00 just as few months later. So lesson 1 if you're still willing to take a chance in dealing with this person - check the car fax yourself. Lesson 2 is don't believe him when he says he stands behind the cars. I would imagine that if he gets a good car, you get a good car, but he spends most of his day talking and very little working as I've been stuck for hours while he went on and on about various topics. If he gets a lemon, he will mask the problems enough to get you out the door and then you can waste a lot of time bringing it back to him...even making a list like I did, and he will selectively perform the simplest and least expensive repairs if he does anything at all. I'm selling the car on eBay and will likely lose about $5,000.00 on this transaction. He refused to take the car back to trade for another on his lot, even when I offered to take $1,000.00 less than what he charged me and include the $1,200.00 stereo I installed. I listed all the problems that he neglected to tell me about in the eBay listing because I have the kind of conscience that won't allow me to take people's money based on false promises. Allen has no problem taking your money and NOT delivering what he says he will deliver. I'm suing Allen but he knows that his liability is very limited when dealing in cars over 10 years old with over 100K miles. STAY AWAY. I wouldn't waste valuable time on writing reviews if this weren't a very serious issue.
