We have been with Stewart Wilson for a little over 4 years. In the last year and a half while friendly and knowledgeable the customer service has declined. My card on file was not being charged for our auto delivery, I would receive a monthly bill instead and I had to call every month to make sure I was set for delivery. The straw that ended it all was when they told my husband we were set for last month and the NEVER SHOWED UP!! If you want as needed delivery they are good and everyone is friendly. If you don't want hassle of missed charges or having to worry about weather you're going to get your auto delivery, I do not recommend. You don't want to run low or out in the winter!

I just want to say if you need water for your pool or for any reason these are the guys to call! Jamie was great and super helpful! He was also very understanding when my pool sprang a leak and I had to fix it before completing the job.. he was kind enough to “fit us in” to return and finish filling our pool. He was so nice and didn’t even bat an eye at having to return a second time.. they are super fast and professional! We called at 8am on a Monday morning and they were here by 2pm the same day! I can’t say enough how absolutely pleased we are with Stewart P Wilson and crew!!

I gave 5 stars because after using this company for the 1st time, I'm very pleased! Everyone I dealt with on the phone was polite and extremely helpful in answering my questions. Jamie delivered our water for the pool and he was the nicest guy ever. I'd refer this company for fuel and water deliveries to anyone!!! The prices are reasonable as well as speedy service! Thank u Stewart P Wilson and Thank u Jamie!!!

I have been a customer of Stuart Wilson Fuel Oil for 3-4 years and they have always worked with me on my limited income to insure my home was heated in the worst of weather. They always are courteous and helpful anytime I have called them. I love doing business with this independent company.
