Great place! Perfect people that run the store for a tourist area.We were looking for duct tape and though they dis not sell it, I believe it was the owner or manager went out to her own car and let us use her duct tape to fix our drone. Very lovely

They were perfect during the sale. And then died. Promised to call and reorder supplies. They lied!!!!! Total clowns. Typical of lazy bums in the area. Calls, messages, emails. All wasted. Avoid. Go to any normal professional mail order company and get your supplies.

Didn't give me my CPAP supplies for a year for some reason, wasn't given my years worth after they realized what they had done. Simply terrible people, changing my pharmacy.

I've been dealing with the Utica, NY facility. My first time needing oxygen most of the day and night. They delivered a home oxygen concentrator which was fine but the small tanks for my day job would not last through the shift. So they came and took everything back and left me a semi-portable unit on wheels to use at home and take back and forth to work. Way too heavy for me to lift in and out of the car every day plus horribly noisy and the air coming out of it smells bad. Also useless at home because no one could possibly sleep with all the noises it makes sounding as though it's ready to explode! It's a piece of beat-up old junk. Some older, sicker folks would probably be stuck with junk like this but thank God I am still able to stand up for myself. They will be coming to take the unit back.

The only game in town. Unfortunately, I think my locale is underserved. I was looking for my first CPAP machine and I never got a call-back from Quinlan's after two weeks. Rather than driving eight miles, I had to drive 20 miles to get my CPAP machine. But they are big in this area and it's hard to avoid them when needing DME. My SO's leg brace is hard on wheelchair seats and we took one there to ask about repair. After *two weeks* we were told that they can't repair seats. Then we were told that we might be charged a repair fee for the loaner wheelchair's seat ??? What??? My wife got a CPAP machine from them no problem and that gave me hope. A year later the water heater doesn't work, they can't repair it and they want $500 to replace it with a used unit ... ??? The Amazon price for a new one is $499! A little before that, it was time for me to get a new CPAP machine. This was during our Goldilocks period with Quilans. I was told that the Philips machine was updated and better than my old brand. A week later there is a lawsuit claiming a dangerous fault with the machine that Philips has known before... Did Quinlan's know? My guess is based on a 10 year track history with them.Personally, not recommended.

Montour Falls pharmacy is awesome, staff are friendly, professional and wonderful. Mike the pharmacist is great, he remembers your name and tries to answer any and all concerns explaining terms that I can understand. I wouldn't take my business any other place than Quinlans pharmacy in Montour Falls.

I want to give a very special thank you and shout out to the employee from Quinlans pharmacy in wayland ny for the amazing customer service and for going above and beyond the call of duty. He came into the 7-11 store where I was working tonight and I had asked him in passing if the store carried ankle braces as my daughter had injured her ankle at softball practice tonight. He stated that they did and that he would be happy to get one and bring it to me at work. He stated as he was leaving that the store was closed but he would get it for me anyway. I thanked him and told him it would be greatly appreciated. He left and came back about 20 minutes later with an assortment of braces and let me select the one I needed. He was amazing and I can not thank him enough. Quinlans has definitely earned my business from here on out.

Amazing pharmacy! Small privately owned pharmacy. The staff is friendly and personal. I wish more people used this pharmacy instead of supporting the bigger franchises. I have had several issues with my own prescriptions(Doctors, Insurance, etc). Anyone could have easily lost patience and been snappy or rude but that NEVER happened with anyone on their staff. I highly recommend switching to this pharmacy if you are local.
