My 88 year old mother's window was broken and I called to arrange for a repair. The only option they offered was for her to bring it in to them. She has no one to remove, transport, and reinstall the window. I explained that there is no one near to help her get the window to them and asked if there was any way they could come and get it. A flat NO. They did not offer any suggestions or alternatives....so, in terms of customer service I would rate these folks pretty low. I cannot attest to their work...because obviously they never gave us the chance to see what quality of work they do.

I placed an order in November 2018 with Montour Glass. Everything went smoothly with the sales process but I was shocked by their complete lack of follow-up and communication once I contacted them for an ETA on the delivery / window installation. Two weeks after their estimated due date they refused to call or text me back with an answer or update - despite 5-6 attempts by myself and my tenants. I finally showed up in person at their office and nothing!!..I can only assume my windows were never ordered. I canceled the order and went with another company. This was extremely inconvenient in the middle of winter.

Friendly service, good price, however VERY difficult to get back to tie up loose ends, been trying over seven months now.

Local shop, local owned and run. Very helpful, got me then glass I needed. Friendly too. Prices seem to be very fair also.
