Even though it was a bit pricey, I really liked this couch/chaise/chair set. I also got a mattress and base. When the delivery people came, they didn't wipe their feet or wear booties like every other delivery people have. I was scrubbing mud off of my white chair while they were bringing in the other items. They saw me and said nothing. As they were carrying the base of the bed upstairs, they smashed a chunk of the edge of an archway going upstairs. They were bringing it back to the truck and decided to try again. I later found out how they did it. I noticed part of the cloth was hanging down from the base and one of the boards that frame the entire thing, was split into two. There was also mud on my mattress that I had to clean. They were sloppy and reckless and had no regard for the situation. I also had to clean mud off of my walls and other things in my house. I didn't realize the extent of the damage right away so nothing could be done. Customer service is minimal at best. If you are looking for good service in any way, this is not the place to go.

Second time buying furniture here. Our first queen size sofa bed was purchased about 20 years ago and doesn't show any sign of wear. Our most recent purchase was a 6 foot leather sofa with recliner ends. Good prices, customer service and delivery.

The lack of communication and straight lying I have encountered by this business, in particular, Brad, has been consistent for the whole 10 months of being associated with them. I had a simple carpet installation by them and not one thing went smoothly. I understand delays and issues but I can not accept or tolerate the way Brad has handled them. He has avoided me, misplaced paper work, delivered wrong products, forgot the details, got detail wrong on measurements, had to remediate multiple times, put “family first”, blamed third parties, blamed COVID, did not have paper work available for anyone else to reference, did not return calls and the list goes on. I was not presented a final bill or was called to see how the install went. The install did not go as I anticipated and I was not happy. Nobody called following the install 6-8 weeks ago. Now I just got a call from a woman (not Brad) that my bill was past due. I NEVER GOT A BILL! I’m never going to do business with them again.... Read More

Unfortunately the sofa we purchased arrived with a broken leg on the back. They are to come some time soon to repair or possibly replace in our home. Hoping it will not be a rainy day to do so! Looking forward to it as well!

Dan was the man who helped me and he was so helpful and patient while I juggled two young kids while making furniture decisions god bless his soul! So kind! Also I absolutely love that they sell furniture made in the USA that comes with such an amazing warranty (southern motion). I will never buy furniture from anyone else again!
