We have been shopping happily and successfully at this store for years. last week we noticed they installed a bank of self checkout stations, likely we thought to reduce staff at checkout registers. Today on a busy Friday afternoon the store was crowded and when we were ready to check out, with a large order, they had only two manned checkout stations open, the lines for each were 8-10 people deep so we asked management to open another register. they said no, please use the self checkout. it's not easy when unfamiliar with produce codes to weigh and/or scan these items and while there were people to assist if needed, it took way too long while extremely frustrated. they would have been better served to open one or two more registers until the crowd thinned out. moreover one staff member was rude speaking about us to other customers, labeling us as being nasty to others, right in front of us. we spoke to management to file a complaint against this person. very disappointed in this new policy.

This place is great, folks are nice and prescriptions done within 20 minutes… and the line usually isn’t very long. Sure beats the throngs at Walmart across the way and also Walgreens (old Rite Aid) at the other end of town. This is my go to for my prescriptions! ?

Just started going to this pharmacy a couple months ago because Walmart stopped taking my insurance. The people that work here are really nice, I like getting my prescriptions here and I’ve never had a co pay like I’ve had with Walmart. It’s quick and easy to get it.

I don't know how they do it but every time they mess up my proscriptions I needed a refill on one of my meds I called to ask if they had a refill on file because my bottle was saying no refills but I had just gotten it proscribed the mouth before and it comes with 3 refills, the guy said yes I have it but we are closing in 15 min and won't be open till Monday because of the new year come Monday my husband picks up the script and it is the old script for only 60 pills when it should be 90 now and this is not the first time they have made mistakes like this with my medicine

1 star reviews because people weren't wearing masks! The supermarket itself is large, modern, and well-stocked. I've only been once for an overnight shopping, but I found nothing to complain about! I'll be back again as the supermarket is next door to the Hampton Inn where I'll be staying!

This store and Luigi it’s manager are one of the worst shoprites. I bought paper goods and didn’t need them so I tried to return. He said I can’t accept a return. Why not. We don’t accept your overstock. Not my problem. No where does it say final sale, no returns because of ongoing covid. Nothing.
The whole courtesy staff needs to be retrained and be more respectful towards customers because THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.

Went in this morning to buy some lobster. And the elderly blonde woman behind the counter gave me a horrible attitude. Like I ruined her day by buying some cooked lobster. Where do they find these people? Horrible...

This is THE WORST PHARMACY I'VE EVER USED. I had many bad situations and confrontations with the plebes that work there. Do not use this place. You'll be lucky if they give you the correct medicine OR they may even answer the phone. This place sucks
