My worker received a call regarding our business account. Either the owner did call back spoke to the billing staff which was very rude and disrespectful. I asked for the manager to call me when she gets back from lunch as she did. He called me to tell me that I was nasty to her staff which was very far from the truth I was businesslike and asked to have her supervisor call me regarding my account very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I rented a floor sander from Schmidts . After renting it and getting it home it was to strong for my floors. So i was unable to use it. Upon return i was not charged. Without asking the management said it only rite. I was very surprised and impressed.
