My daughter brought my car for an oil change on Saturday morning. She sat there for 40 minutes just for me to see three days later that it was never done!!! The alert just came on my dashboard and I have no oil in my car as I’m driving my kids! This is exhausting to constantly have run ins with a company that I’ve invested in for over 10 years!!! My daughter bought her car this year as well and has had issues from the first day when her brand new car was overheating fresh off the lot. Chevrolet has become inconsistent, inconvenient and the lack of efficiency is unbelievable. How dangerous and careless to not do an oil change when that is all the car was brought in for. We have the receipt of the transaction and she was walked out by Ann Marie in the express lane. Now I have to bring my car into New Hampton as my meter is on RED!

Very quick car inspection. Arrived and in 5 min all done.UPD: insurance company did not receive their inspection and canceled my insurance for few days. I found out that i have no insurance when I was on a long trip.Lost few hours with insurance on a phone to prove i did it on time. And few days for insurance company to verify my additionally sent documents. Almost a week of stressful uncertainty being on a 3 thousand miles trip on that car.According to insurance, they never received any email from inspection. That could only mean it wasn't sent.When I asked the lady that inspected my car, she said all set, everything sent to insurance company the same day. I did it on day 3 after purchasing the car (within 2 weeks period).They had enough time to send it to insurance.Hence i decrease 5 star to 1 star because of lost hours on the phone and risky days without insurance due to simple incompetence.Verify their work if you have to go to this location, otherwise you can be in trouble.

My husband wanted to trade in his truck for a newer one , I called Robert green and was put on with sales , our sales person Liberty went over some things over the phone on our wants and needs gave us some options and gave us an appointment for the same day , we got there she was ready and waiting and was awesome from the first phone call to the test drive to the last paper we signed ! If you are looking for someone that will go above and beyond this is her !!! See ya in a few years Liberty !!!!

Good luck trying to find the woman who does the photo inspections. The fact she can take off for a week and they have NO ONE to fill in for her is a complete lack of oversight and leadership. How do you have only one person capable of doing photo inspections? I even ask to speak to a supervisor and he's not there. How does anything get done at Robert Green? The worst part is, this place is the only place to get it done. And they have 1 person capable of taking pictures. A real leader or supervisor would be able to fill in and handle that task. Unbelievable!

I've been calling in all week trying to get someone to do a photo inspection but the woman who does it is NEVER there. First time I called they talked to me like I was the problem, not her absence. Worse than that, the supervisor isn't prepared to fill in or have someone fill in when she's not there. This is the only place in the entire county you can go to have this done and they have 1 person who can do it and she's not there. It's a couple photographs and some paperwork. How do you run a business this way? So when someone doesn't show up to work part of your operation just comes to a stop? Typical Sullivan County nonsense.
