I had a HORRIBLE experience using Walgreens Pharmacy! Not to mention that now they don't take my Insurance anymore! Please do yourself a favor and find another Pharmacy!

Have flu shot appointment for 1045. Noone else here. It is now 1110. 25 minutes of my life I will never get back. Also did the online form. I come in and they cannot print. So I had to fill it out again. Don't they see the auth form was completed in their system? Next time I'll go elsewhere.

Came to this pharmacy to pick up medication for my elderly patient and was greeted by the drive thru being closed all three days, when I came inside the medicine they told me would be done that day was still not ready. Going on day 3 now and the drive thru is still closed, there’s a big line going down the middle of aisle 8, and the store manager refuses to open the drive thru and to address the issues of why this pharmacy is poorly ran!

Restrooms are for employees only, which may or may not be illegal. Either way, its a scumbag policy but it didn't seem to surprise me in that town.

Terrible customer service. Not professional at all. No one wants to take responsibility for mistakes on their end. They don’t care. Just telling people to call corporate. So here, calling corporate to make an official complaint for continuously providing very bad customer service on numerous visits. Do your job Walgreens.

i ordered curbside pickup from both the pharmacy and front of house, received confirmation of payment from both. Sent my friend to pick it up because I'm in quarantine with 3 kids under 5. When my friend got there despite having both confirmation numbers she was yelled at by a woman named Jennifer Gonzales who apparently is the manager (!!) and said that payment hadn't been received. I have literally spent 2+ hours on the phone with these people today making sure everything was ready for a smooth pickup snd then they try to scam for extra money After telling my friend thé card is on file? Easily the most unprofessional experience I have had with anyone at any pharmacy in my life. And I was raised in over 4 countries. This store desperately needs a new manager.

I don't about the pharmacy, but why people would shop here I'll never know. The only reason I did was as a Doordash driver for other people. Some of the products I have to purchase for people are not familiar to me such as women's hair dye, certain vitamins etc. I went up front to ask where a certain product was and the girl seemed annoyed. She told me go look around, it's back there.\ They seem to be aimlessly walking around in there own world. Like I said why anybody would shop there is beyond me. The prices are 3 times more expensive than anywhere else.

I had to transfer a prescription from NYC to Monticello store. There was a problem with the phone in NYC pharmacy but a young man named Ryan figured out a way around it and was able to give me my much needed med. So if you see Ryan working while you're there, he's a problem solver for sure and it made my day. The others were responsive so I'm not saying anything negative about anyone there but Ryan is the superstar in that pharmacy, trust me.

never have we had such an unpleasant visit anywhere ! we were on vacation \\u0026 needed some meds which we forgot..The charge was sooo high it made no sense..staff was rude.lazy and unhelpful...we told everyone to say away from walgreens in monticello..must try to get them out of business

It is a mistake to send orders of prescriptions drugs to Walgreens - it's already over 18 hours since we have ordered the prescription of antibiotics for infections and still not ready! Came back twice and unable to get time when it will be ready... and we are not the only ones here!
