I've had nothing but good luck with this vet when other said that they could not keep my pet alive he kept it going for an extra year and a half that says it all

Accommodating Last minute walk in appointment. After calling 5 other places. Even though I could not go in the office because of covid-19 pre cautions. I am satisfied with the service and affordability. The Dr personally calling me and the VT/assistant young lady jessie . I think i found Finn's new primary Dr. Thank you kindly. Looking forward to future visits! Keep doing what you guys are doing referrals coming your way!Update November 2023 Someone in this office either the doctor, the staff or a patient have the generosity and unselfishness to pick up my bill for my guy Finn I just suffered a stroke and encountering a difficult financial time and emotional time. This has brought me to tears, and restored my faith in. This world in these days what an amazing staff this is no way high-tech office but I always believe in simplicity and non-flashy. They provide the best service with what they have goes to prove that you don’t need the fastest car to win the race in their case you don’t need the Flash office to make someone smile and cry. Thank you, Quality Pet Care once again unbelievable either you or your patient to have help me relieve a ton of stress, financially, and emotionally.

Shortly after my 22 year old cat passed away, under the care of an alternative Veterinarian, I became the owner of a re-homed cat, Bekka. My son and daughter-in-law have animals who are patients at Quality Pet Care and I took my newly adopted feline to see Dr. Quick. Bekka received a gentle, thorough, patient and professional first exam. Dr. Quick made a good "guesstimation" as to Bekka's age, innoculated her, supplied meds to treat and protect her from any parasites and sent us on our way after payment of a very reasonable fee. I am pleased to have a pet in the care of Quality Pet Care, as finding a competent medical provider for a furry family member is so important for your peace of mind and theirs. Good service. We are new to the area and have a dog with a handful of medical needs The staff and veterinarian listened to us and helped provide the care needed. I would return again to Quality Pet Care.

I brought in my 15 year old beloved cat Oakley, who'd been ailing for a long time. I feared it was time to say goodbye. Dr. Quick took one look at him and said "Nope." He prescribed special food and meds and within 10 days Oakley is doing much, much better! I'm delighted and relieved to have the best cat ever with me still. Thank you, Dr. Quick and team!

Took a stray cat in to see if it was chipped and to get it tested- the vet couldn’t have been more uninterested. They did all the necessary tests and shots but never mentioned anything about the cat’s obvious physical conditions (having eye problems and urinary problems). They may be fine for checkups and boosters but if you’re a first time animal parent or have an emergency I would go elsewhere

WORST SERVICE EVERRRR!!! Not only is their staff arrogant and condescending, but they are incredibly lazy and rude. The front desk staff requires a customer service class. They care more about receiving a check and clocking out from a shift, than the actual care for their patients. They have lied about timelines for "Quality Care", lab results, and retrieving my pet's medical records! Never have I ever, experienced any form of customer service from any establishment like I have at "Quality" Pet Care Veterinary Hospital. If you truly love your pet, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS HOSPITAL.

Do not recommend at all. Dirty, the office staff are lazy and rude. Money hungry way to expensive had me wait with my sick dog for 45 minutes before anyone came in. Not to mention a complete misdiagnosis. Wanted to charge me $3000 to put her under to do a skin biopsy at 12 years old without ever doing blood work. No bedside manner at all. This place should be shut down. Scott Quick is a horrible Vet and should have his license barred.Do yourself a favor and steer clear. Slow lazy and horribly incompetent.

Not so much Quality Pet Care. They are fine for regular care but when it comes to other medical concerns they are very careless. Had a concern - bump - back in October 2022 - Dr Quick says not to be concerned - fatty tissue. Each time I went back with my same concern and a larger bump the response was the same. April was a different story. All this time spent and not even a biopsy was done. Don't have too much faith in Dr. Quick. I made the mistake of trusting him and I regret every moment of it. I wish I went somewhere else - somewhere that would rather be safe then sorry - my baby might be with me on this day. Hope Dr. Quick learns his lesson. Listen to our baby's human. Put us at ease and go that extra step to be sure - not sorry.

Incompetent, money hungry, rude and uncaring. Scott Quick must have bought his degree online because he misdiagnosed our cat's x-ray showing she had cancer. He actually wanted to do dental work which she didn't need but would have charged $$$$ for. Another veterinarian looked at the x-ray Quick took and immediately diagnosed a cancerous mass which he completely missed. The vet tech also easily identified the mass which was confirmed on a new x-ray. The other vet said her teeth were fine. Our cat had to be put down as there was nothing to do for her at that point. I sent him an email telling him what happened and how he misdiagnosed our cat and that she had to be euthanized. This incompetent didn't even have the decency to respond to say he was sorry we lost her or that he made a mistake. We would give this uncaring hack zero stars like other reviewers said. If you care about your cat or dog go somewhere else.

Just used Dr. Quick for the first time for a second opinion. He is thorough, explains things as he does them, answered all of my questions and gave my cat a much better chance. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Totally satisfied, wish I could give him 6 stars!!

If you want your pet to die then this is the vet for you. Literally bad service all around. The darker skinned women is a liar and overcharged me for something I didn't agree to, and they forced the charge on me. My cat died after I followed their instructions, but I thought that he was just too sick. Of course when I went to see him and follow their instructions he dies, because no one there knows what know what they are doing. I went there with my other cat and the darker skinned lady (dont know her name) forced a charge on me that I didn't even agree to and then said I was trespassing on the property. Now I'm banned for standing up for myself and wanting the best for my cat. If you actually care about your pet then do not go here. Not only will they kill your pet and forced an unwanted charge on you, but they will straight up lie to your face. Honestly your better off going to another vet if you want your pet to have a chance at living. I never had this horrible of an experience anywhere else ever!!!! I would be surprised if they are actually trained professionals that went to college or veterinary school. I should've listen to the other reviews before even stepping a foot into this place!!! Just save your time and money!!
