“I've been a customer of Combined Energy Resources for over 3 years and am very happy with their service. Today, however, I spoke with Lavinia Haddon, one of their customer service reps. Lavinia was not only polite and professional, but she went above and beyond to help me, which I greatly appreciated. I'm only 5' tall and the meter that reads the amount of propane left in the tank is almost beyond my being able to see the reading even on my tiptoes. When I mentioned this to Lavinia, she gave me the best advice ever. She told me to use my camera phone to take a picture of the meter, then I'd be able to see how much propane was in the tank. I did that, and it was brilliant! The phone camera captured the reading perfectly. It should be noted that I have commented to every rep on the phone my problem with reading the meter. No one except Lavinia, ever gave me any advice, much less one that was so easy, effective...and just plain great! My thanks to Lavinia for helping me solve a problem I will never have again.
