I recently had a highly disappointing experience at TD Bank in Monticello, which left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I visited the bank with the intention of withdrawing funds from my account, only to be denied access without any reasonable explanation.The lack of transparency and communication from the bank staff was truly disconcerting. I expected a basic level of customer service, especially when it comes to accessing my own hard-earned money. However, the representatives at TD Bank seemed indifferent to my concerns and provided no valid justification for denying my withdrawal request.As a valued customer, I believe that it is essential to be treated with respect and receive proper explanations for any limitations or restrictions on accessing funds. Unfortunately, TD Bank in Monticello failed to meet these basic expectations. This experience has left me questioning the reliability and customer-centric approach of this particular branch.I strongly urge anyone considering banking with TD Bank in Monticello to be cautious and aware of the potential hurdles they may encounter when trying to access their funds. The lack of transparency and the arbitrary denial of withdrawal requests create an atmosphere of distrust, making it difficult to place confidence in this institution.In conclusion, my experience at TD Bank in Monticello was nothing short of disappointing. The unjustifiable denial of my funds combined with the lack of communication and customer support has left a lasting negative impression. Very friendly and efficient bank! All workers are very nice and specially the bank manager!I bank a lot with them, and enjoy every time I speak or come into the branch!
