“They have renovated their whole bank with 2 lines of Service including a ATM through the drive through. A little on the slow side when there’s lots of people. Preferably you should head inside where they do it a lot faster. Overall a nice experience.”
“Christine is an angel from heaven above. She took customer service to a new level as she assisted me in resolving an account that had sat delinquent for quite a while. It took us some time but she tried absolutely everything to help me out and eventually she succeeded by thinking outside of the box and guiding me the whole way through. It’s not often you see someone working in customer service who is pleasant, dedicated, has a sense of humor, knows every hoop to jump through and puts their heart into what they do.
