I must be on a downward spiral of bad experiences and I haven't even been listening to Nine Inch Nails. I had to take a long drive to Monticello to visit a specific site for my job. I got slightly lost and needed to use the bathroom, too much coffee and boy, do I love coffee and two hours in the Subaru.... I stopped and asked the semi busy clerk to use the bathroom. He told me to go outside. I went outside to a locked bathroom. I went back in, excused myself to the current guest and asked for the key. The clerk told me to get on line. I said I just need the key. The clerk ignored me. I waited on line and when it was my turn, he told me there wasn't a key. I asked why he said there was. He said no public restroom. I'm pretty sure a review of a gas station clerk won't change Monticellian's minds about getting gas at this Gulf/Express Mobile but this clerk was a super douche. Go down the road to Stewart's, the gas is cheaper and they have ice cream and better coffee. You can also go pee there if you really, really need to.
