I've been a customer of Combined Energy Resources for over 3 years and am very happy with their service. Today, however, I spoke with Lavinia Haddon, one of their customer service reps. Lavinia was not only polite and professional, but she went above and beyond to help me, which I greatly appreciated. I'm only 5' tall and the meter that reads the amount of propane left in the tank is almost beyond my being able to see the reading even on my tiptoes. When I mentioned this to Lavinia, she gave me the best advice ever. She told me to use my camera phone to take a picture of the meter, then I'd be able to see how much propane was in the tank. I did that, and it was brilliant! The phone camera captured the reading perfectly. It should be noted that I have commented to every rep on the phone my problem with reading the meter. No one except Lavinia, ever gave me any advice, much less one that was so easy, effective...and just plain great! My thanks to Lavinia for helping me solve a problem I will never have again. Kudos to CES for employing someone of Lavinia's talent, caring and willingness to go above and beyond to help a good customer. She represents you beautifully. My thanks to Lavinia and to you!

Viv helped us setup our account after purchasing our house. She was super helpful and very thorough explaining the costs and how the process for refilling the tanks worked. The whole experience was very good

I save a lot of money by switching to combined, and they are so quick and helpful with deliveries and everything. The gauge was hard for me to read, so they put a clearer gauge on that went up to 100 instead of stopping at 80 even tho they didn't have to so that I wouldn't get confused by the number thinking my tank wasn't full. I know this sounds silly, but they were very patient. I apologize for getting upset. Moose is the best, and I've never met anyone so intentive in their business he's amazing and we're so lucky here in Monticello to have combined energy bc we were getting really over charged by the other companies, combined saves me $100s on every single delivery compared to what I was paying before at 2 different companies who were price gauging

Every time I deal with CES it is a positive experience. The office staff is always professional and courteous. Moose is the best when it comes to figuring out and planning a job, and the guys who do the work are always respectful and knowledgeable. This past job, it was Ruben and Wayne…the dynamic duo…and they both went above and beyond. Thanks, CES. You guys are 5 star great!!!

Viv was very helpful and patient with explaining to me my options for propane for my pool. She was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the time she spent on the phone with me on a Friday afternoon. Her customer service was 5 stars for sure!

I have worked with CES through my job of 32 years at RSS (I am now retired) and as a customer for 27 years since I built my house. I first want to thank Jamie for all of her help (and patience) through the years with our RSS accounts! I also want to thank Lavinia for her professional assistance with the transfer of my e mail address for future invoices.

It's been real pleasure working with the Combined energy Dingman's Ferry office so far.
Jim C always returned my calls right away , showed up when he said he would. Had a scheduling issue once but called far enough ahead to let me know so I didn't have to wait around for nothing .
Ed D and Jerny G showed up when scheduled for the install. Both were very polite and respectful.
Went over the routing of the tank and lines with me ,so there was no surprises.
There work was very professional and neat. We had a buried drainage line going across the area they needed to trench, which they carefully located and worked around without damage.
I would highly recommend Combined Energy.
