  Always takes FOREVER at the drive thru!! They need to have more than one teller open at once for the whole bank, but they can't seem to do that.

  Long lines...long wait.Unlike our hometown Chase Bank, management did not jump in to assist.No restrooms?Otherwise, friendly though frayed staff.
