It’s always an attitude or no care for customer service when you talk to the girls on the phone. A girl lied to me on the phone telling me the driver left when he was on my driveway. I’ll be home without oil for who knows how long and they couldn’t even pretend to care about a baby being left without heating oil.

As others have already noted, the attitude from this office is unmatched, Thank You Jessica for gaslighting our entire conversation and then hanging up on me instead of simply providing a documented solution for an unauthorized charge that was invoiced to me, as a 30-60 late charge, about a year after asking for the account to be closed and equipment be picked up. To be repeatedly told that there is no record of that conversation, yet denied the request for the current conversation to be documented is just, Yikes. Buyers Beware.

Very Nasty attitude from most staff members. Heating oil Delivery take forever compared to rivals, which in less than 5 days have your oil been delivered. Probably last time I use their services.

Amazing place were you can get a BBQ propane tank refilled for a fraction of the cost of exchanging it. and the refill takes less time. This place his a hidden gem!!!

Wish I can give them -5 Stars Horrible Pl. to go service attended does not do his job nasty attitude for the first time being there was a very bad experience. I will not go here anymore. I won’t recommend anyone to go there.

Person pumping gas should be more patient when asking customers to open gas tank covers. Not all people have the ability to open gas tank cover in less than 3 seconds. Ask for it to be opened. Don't knock hard enough to break a window! This is the only place to get gas where they pump it for you and people with disabilities appreciate this. People pumping gas do a good job of getting a large number of customers waited on and away from the pumps quickly. Remember if you here is a hangtag on the rearview mirror or a license plate indicating someone with a disability is in the car, it may take the driver a few more seconds to open the gas cover or give staff money. Please be patient! We do appreciate what you do.
