The pharmacist here is the rudest, yelling at me over the phone because I wasn’t “understanding” what she was explaining to me. Guess customer service is a thing of the past, switching pharmacies after the second bad experience with the pharmacist. Good luck if you ever need anything explained or help.

DONT go here for your vaccine! I was vaccinated at SUNY Orange... expected that to be chaotic but it was smooth... Here at Walgreens's on 208 there is no point to making an appointment... 4 staff members with three tasks... fill prescriptions... help customers... give injections... it was TOO much for them to figure out!! Then they reacted as though my saying at 5:40 that I had a 5:15 appointment was a sin. If we are on time... you should respect it. Parents are juggling more than ever... please don't make things worse by being the worst at what you do. Epic fail.

This place actually made a second Google search so there are two for the same place on Google which is interesting.The first time I picked up my prescription everything was set up through the area distribution manager. This time it was left in the extremely incapable pharmacy's hands. I have deadly medication allergies which they were fully made aware of and have information about from my files being sent over from drs and other pharmacies. Even when my dr sent the prescription he wrote which one was the only one I could take. So I can't drive due to being crippled in an accident and was too sick (lymphoma) to accompany my husband to go pick them up and double check they were correct. I also had been calling for a week and due to them having phone issues, neither I nor my husband, neighbor, father, or the nurse at my drs office could get through to any pharmacist to double check so we wouldn't waste the 2 plus hour drive!!! I wound up verifying with someone from the Philippines in their site's online chat that it was ready. My husband went to pick up the medication and he actually asked the pharmacist if it was the specific one in which she not only replied yes but replied yes and said the name/ manufacturer etc again, specifically. Being exhausted my husband drove home where we both were in shock to see when we opened the bag they gave him the one I am deathly allergic to!!!!!I eventually got a manager and she said they would make an exception to exchange it. So my husband drove back when it was ready a few days later and it was correct. Hopefully this will not happen in the future. I was told to double triple check with them after I order plus after we pick up. This should not be my responsibility but obviously you can not trust everyone there to fill a simple prescription correctly. Unfortunately it is one of the few places that can carry the med so we are stuck. Luckily the manager who took care of their mistake is wonderful and extremely confident so I will be dealing with her as much as possible.

Bought two pairs of reading glasses in August when they were BOGO Free. Leg broke off one pair the other day and I wanted to exchange it for another pair. Still had the receipt. Manager wouldn't exchange them!! Said I would have to pay the difference of $12+!! It's not like I was asking for my money back! I just wanted to exchange for a non-defective pair! Worst customer service EVER!!!!! Last time I shop there!!!!

I do recommend Walgreens at the Montgomery location BUT I wish they’d take more care of the outside. It’s unsightly looking at bird p**** squished bugs, oversized spiders at the pharmacy window. This has never been cleaned and I’ve been coming since This Walgreens first opened. Very very clean inside very organized. But this window is just gross

I am in your photo department all of the time. Tonight I had to scan a photo for the first time (I usually do it at home), and I couldn't figure out the machine. Owen, your worker there, helped me so much and even after I did it and it seemed to disappear, he came over and did it himself. He then told me he would have it done for me fast while I shopped and paged me when it was done. As soon as I got to the counter, he showed me to be sure it was perfect. He has been the one working there before and always with a smile, but he went way above and beyond tonight.

This pharmacy is outstanding!! The pharmacist staff consistently goes above and beyond. They are kind and competent..... very hard to find these days. They don't torcher you and make you wait 2 hours for script when obviously you are suffering and or sick. They get you your meds and get you home to recover. Also cellular alerts for renewal of prescription plus notifications your order is ready for pickup. Montgomery is lucky to have Walgreens they make life much easier! Thank you,those pharmacy employees should get a bonus or time off award for all the good they do. Hope corporate reads this and gets them one..... and no I am not related to anyone working for Walgreens

Waited 17 minutes at the drive thru never given the price never an apology for taking so long. The week before they put through a prescription incorrectly causing my son to drive home from school to get it because they did not do it right. Then they did not have all the pills. So two 7 hour round trips home over 100 dollars in gas and getting hit by a deer later he finally had his prescription only took two weeks. Not an apology just well why didn’t he fill it by school. Oh

I want to love this place because it's so conveniently located for me but ughhhh! They don't stock a lot of my favorite products. They have the brands but not a good selection within brands. I had my Dr call in a script while I was in his office and they were told it would be ready in 10 mins which was great because I was 15 mins away. I used the drive through, attempted to pickup. I was told it would be another 10 mins. I said ok, sat in the parking lot for 15, drive through again, still not ready and now getting an attitude that it would be 5 more mins. 45 mins later and 4 attempts later it was ready. It was a prepackaged script so no counting of pills necessary, only needed to slap a sticker on the box. Never fun to sit in a lot of 45 mins longer than estimated when you're sick and get an attitude like the customer is being a pain showing up at the establishment at all. All and all I never have a good experience here.
