I was late due to shipping delays. Therefore I had to reschedule. Rescheduling an appointment is a nightmare. You have to sign up through an online portal and hope they will grant you access to the portal. Been sitting for three days and cannot get access to the portal to reschedule. My broker has tried reaching out and still no response from them. Terrible system they have in place. Never will come back here again.

Don't do what I did, don't miss you're appointment or you'll be sitting in TA from 2-3 days for a reschedule. I had an appointment here for the second unloading at 4.00 am, I was able to arrive at 6.30 am, the first unloading was slow. I have 4 pallets of ice cream, they didn’t accept me, they said I need a new apoitment.. this is a bad experience for me, I think animals are treated better in the country than drivers..

Update, when comes here to deliver if arrive 30 minutes after the appt time you will be charge $250 to be unloaded, unloading time may take from 1 to 3hrs. Receiving hrs from 11pm to 0500.

There is no overnight parking. Unloading is accepted only from 10 pm. A serious lady on the check-in. No kidding!!!))

Security guard was polite… unfortunately he had to turn me away because the warehouse personnel refused to accept any trucks that’s one hour early for their appointment …. Told me to return 30 minutes before my appointment time. Yet, they have the audacity to charge for Late delivery. One star for providing a washroom for drivers. Terrible company to deliver for. No overnight parking & ridiculous lumper fees

Best place to go if you want to experience racism, insensitive and usless hr and managers who don't care nothing about the job just their own paycheck. This is the most unorganized place to ever work for.i regret ever working there

My appointment was at 1 am, got here 2 hr early, checked in, after unloading they wont let you sleep in the yard, if you don’t have any hours to drive you will be screwed as there is zero parking in the facility and street. Only option is you have to drive to the nearest TA which is 4minutes 1.7 miles away.
The shunt drivers were extremely rude. Their behaviour left a lasting negative impression on me, and I have no desire to return to this place in the future.

Try to arrive at the agreed time. Arriving early and being late can be a problem for you. 18.04.2024, today at 00:30 I came and took care of everything in exactly 2 hours. What you need to do is just arrive on time and wait. And you need to pay money after the unloading is finished, it's up to you. The faster you pay, the faster you'll be done

Get here an or half hr before appointment time and no parking on lot.
I got a door fast and unload in an hour and a half. My saving grace is the TA up the street!
