I stopped by Superior Auto & Collision to get an estimate on repairs for my car. Mike greeted me right away and was very helpful. He checked it out and explained exactly what I needed and even suggested a few things I could do myself to save some money!! That and a whole lot more restored my faith in good, honest service. I have not stopped telling folks about how happy I am with my experience at Superior. Funny thing is…anyone who knows Superior is not surprised. They have a great reputation and for good reason! As a first time customer I was so impressed. If you need your car serviced or repaired go see the crew at Superior!

I Didn't have to do Anything!!! The insurance company and the car rental and the repair company SUPERIOR AUTO & COLLISION ? COMPANY All work together effortlessly. The rental company met me at Superior with the car. Superior actually cleaned my car on the outside going as far to remove the bugs lol, my car wasn't able to be worked on for at least a month, I have an older model and it was very dirty (sorry Superior) It was a very pleasant experience overall and I would highly recommend Superior Auto and collision for your car repairs!!!

This was the second time we have needed Superior Auto and Collision. They are both professional and very friendly. While the work they do very, very good, it is their honesty and integrity that resonates the most. No worries ever when having Superior do car repair work.

Car was in for repair in August 2024 to fix driver's door. Paint job was okay but had to go back several times to fix problems (vibration and noise inside door panel, broken grommets on the door rubber). Brought back a second time for the door key pad that used to work, but is now broken. I was promised phone calls to get the problem fixed and have not received one; it's now been over three weeks since I heard from them.

The reason I am giving a 3 star and not a 5 star is because they did a great job on my car, but they couldn't complete this in the time frame they estimated. Normally i wouldnt care if they were late but I was going on vacation and the mechanic called out the day he was supposed to finish my vehicle. I was very stressed and upset because now we had to figure out another vehicle to bring on vacation. We figured out our vacation situation and it was fine but the Monday I was going back to work I was coming in to pick it up and it wasn't ready for me. They knew i was coming. I had to wait another hour for them to get it ready for me. Again, they did a great job but there communication needs work on and they need to make sure to communicate with their customers in a more timely manner and not last minute. I probably won't recommend this place which is ashame because it's local to me and I wanted to try to give my business to locals but I will not use this place again which is ashame because they did a great job. I hope this helps others when they need to find a body shop. Thank you

I recently took my Tesla to Superior Auto for repairs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The team was incredibly accommodating, working with me to get the repair done efficiently. The pricing was reasonable, and the level of hospitality was second to none. Their professionalism and excellent customer service make them stand out. I highly recommend Superior Auto and will definitely be returning for any future needs.

Horrible shop I advise not to go there. I was referred by BMW unfortunately. They are extremely slow , had an appointment for my car , just a bumper. They ordered what they needed than I came for my appointment. Should only be a few days they said. A week went by n they said another week. I had a family emergency and couldn’t wait any longer. I choose to use a different shop to find out they took over a thousand from my insurance money for Nothing. BEWARE, look elsewhere.

They've done good work before with my other cars but this time they really dropped the ball on this one! I had to bring my car back multiple times. 1st thing is my window switch wasn't working when I got the car back. I didn't have door damage bjt they had to take the panel off to maybe to paint blending or to get my fender in they installed. The window was working before i gave them the car. The window wasn't working after. I asked about the window and when I took the car back to them they said that wiring had corrosion . Odd but ok but the issue is the nissan dealership told me for the window to work again they have to do a relearn procedure because they took the door panel off so how do you not see the window isn't working after the relearn. Was it even performed? Where is the quality check at? I was charged for the part to fix it. My next issue was a mug that had milk and tea was thrown on the floor of my car and not cleaned up. When I got the car back the scent of old milk was present. I complained and said they would take care of it. I was told my car was detailed. Nope. I can still see brown dirt on my mats and cup holders have grime and dirt and window sills still have old water spots. I'm omw to get carpet cleaner to try to get the smell out. It surelydidnt get a shampoo . My back mumper also has new scratches on it. Idk where that came from but its not good. I have pics to back up everything. I was told it was detailed in and out but my wheels are still a brown color and streaks on the hood and mirrors even though when I got the car yesterday it was a sunny day. 11k dollars in work and I can't get my car returned back to me correctly with beverages spilled and not cleaned along either my window not working when I got it back and new scratches on my bumper. I'm not happy at all.

After fixing my car and getting paid they refused to return any calls or address issues I had with the repairs. I would suggest finding another shop with better customer service. Once they get paid your on your own Beware

I have to admit when I first had my 2018 Rav-4 towed there after getting hit by a deer I had some doubts at first. There was a bit of a snafu with the insurance company which kept things at a standstill for several weeks, and the entire job took much longer than I had originally anticipated. Well, all my original doubts were quickly absolved when I finally picked the vehicle up. It was BEAUTIFUL. It looked as good if not better than it did pre-deer. Derrick, the tech who did most of the work, should be called an "Auto Artisian" because of the superb work he did. He literally had to replace the entire front passengers side piece by piece and once he did it looked picture perfect and drove just as well as it did before. I give my absolute highest compliments and recommendations to both Derrick and Superior Auto Collision !!
