Clean facility, large units, convenient location. The “Web special” listed on their site is a bait and switch price which will be “reevaluated” to reflect “market prices” after a few months, which are the same or similar to their “in-person” pricing.
Maybe I missed that this was a promotional price for the first 3 months. Either that wasn’t included or wasn’t clear. I don’t mind the new price, it just doesn’t feel honest.

I spoke with a very nice lady. She was very accommodating and did everything she could to get me a unit on the date I needed despite it saying it was unavailable. Great customer service.
