The selection here is good. There are a lot of neat used items as well. The people here respect all kinds of experience levels. A few years ago, I went in as someone brand new to the firearm world and the people here were patient, answered all my questions, and made recommendations about what would work best. They also alerted for any caveats someone new should know. They also have gun safes and other accessories that are useful. They are also competitively priced. My only complaint is the hours have been reduced drastically.

Mike is super knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. I am so glad this store is local to me and that I am able to come in feeling welcomed to shop around and ask questions. They do get packed with customers at times, and I believe it’s due to the scheduling of their business hours, but the wait is worth it because the focus is on YOU and what you are shopping for when it’s your time to ask for what you are searching for. Also, if they don’t have the item in stock 9/10 they will be able to get it and at SUPER competitive pricing. Shifted a few buddies of mine to Smoke Wagon and they are now consistent customers at this location. Thanks for serving our community with your services!

This is the only place I shop at. Mike and Jason are the most down to earth and the nicest people I've ever met. I will go out of my way every time to buy from here they will have my business for life i recommend this shop to all my friends and family the best shop in the area.

Awesome guys to deal with, purchased my first pistol from them, sig p320 xcompact. Got some ammo and even a new Wilson Combat grip module for the Sig as well (just ordered that today). Very easy to deal with and very polite both in person and on the phone. I am definitely a repeat customer for them.

Has some of the best inventory even in this market and if it's available on the market they can order it if not in stock. Prices are fair, and staff are pleasant to deal with. They also have in house cerakoting starting very soon. This will be a very welcome service that to my knowledge isn't offered any place locally. Probably one of if not the best shop in Orange County.

It's unfortunate that I have to give this place such a low rating. I called the shop looking for a particular pistol as I had visited Thruway sporting goods and they recommended that I come here. When I called the shop I had inquired about a specific pistol and they told me that they had it in stock. I questioned whether or not they actually had it and the gentleman told me that he would go and confirm, and he told me that he physically had it in his hands and that they have them in stock all of the time. I was super excited and told him I would be in this week to make a purchase. So I plan my entire work week around being able to make this purchase, and I drive over an hour from one of my locations in New Jersey to this shop to make my purchase only to find out that the person gave me the incorrect information and that they do not stock the pistol. I was told that it could be ordered but I would have to pay for it in full and the price that I was given was $50 more than I was quoted over the phone when I first called. I left. Very frustrated because now I was not able to make a purchase and I drove over an hour to this location for no reason. I called back to speak to the gentleman that I had interacted with when I visited the store to explain my frustration and to let him know that I could buy the exact same pistol for $80 less online and to see if he would do any better on the price and he said he would not. Unfortunately due to this stores either lack of knowledge or failure to pay attention. It cost me gas, tolls and my time for no reason. Reason. Not a great experience all around, even when they were given an opportunity to make it right.
