“I was in the area for a short time and stopped in for a couple classes. The gym was very clean and Professor Steven Oliver and the rest of the gym welcomed me like I was part of their family. They have great instruction and it was a great environment to train in. If you happen to be near the area, stop in! You won’t regret it! Thank you Professor and the rest of the gym!”

“I joined Orangetheory a few weeks ago and I'm hooked! Positive, upbeat coaches, fun music, and of course, a great workout. The Newburgh location has lots of windows so you can get some natural light during your workout. The workouts consist of time on the treadmill (you can power walk instead of run), rower, and floor (strength exercises using dumbbells, TRX straps, or your own body weight). They also have shower facilities available if you need them. I would recommend anyone wanting to switch up their fitness routine to give Orangetheory a try!”

“Golds gym in Newburgh is one of the best gyms around, plenty of equipment and clean facilities. Never over crowded and plenty of space. I have been training in a home gym most of my life. Training here for a short time, Joke is every time I use a good piece of equipment I say maybe I could add this to my home gym. My list continues to grow. Great staff and friendly trainers make Golds a Win.”

“During this time with social distancing,the wearing of mask, and sanitizing, Curves is a woman's best choice for returning to a gym. Curves in Montgomery,NY is a boutique gym and is not huge like Planet Fitness, Gold's, or Crunch Fitness. Which means Curves has a lot less members and is easier to sanitize. With the holidays fast approaching and less active weather coming now is the best time to give Curves a try!”
