I ship crates often, internationally. In my 10 years of shipping I have never had a better experience. The driver, Pat, was super pro, courteous and helpful, positive as we loaded 2 palettes and 5 crates. I cannot thank him enough for his positive attitude and professionalism. Go ABF!

We have been dealing with a lot of delivery companies and I have to say Anthony was by far the most friendly, accommodating and kind driver that delivered our package. The company was super organized and easy to work with but Anthony was definitely what made it all super awesome. Thank you, folks, for being wonderful. Highly recommend ABF and if you have the chance to request a driver, ask for Anthony. You won’t regret!

Received my delivery today - the driver tells me immediately how grumpy he is because of the terrible truck he was forced to drive. His dissatisfaction only continued with snarky comments, clear aggravation and rudeness. I let him know how I felt to be spending $900 on a shipment from Texas ( granted yes this was only a portion of the trip) to be having to deal with such unprofessionalism. We did everything including unloading the large shipment with an excavator, he should have been more appreciative we made the delivery possible especially because the time frame I was given was incorrect and was forced to call in help for the delivery. Sad I was the brunt of his bad day.

Initially told us they were delivering our package on Wednesday but then called Wednesday afternoon and rescheduled for friday between 5-7pm. We called them on friday at 6:30pm asking where our package was and they said it would now be delivered between 5-10pm!!!. Still no sign of them at 9pm so we tried calling only to have no answer. Needless to say they never showed up. Where is our shed?!?!! Absolutely ridiculous!!
