The service at some of the mail locations is awful but the service online is superb. Kudos to Kimetra and Kyrith. They are resourceful, patient, kind and always find a solution to all customer complaints and needs

Jay gave excellent service. Went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly, gave me extra helpful info to help with other things related, and was very professional and kind. The help from him due to someone else's errors that made things convenient was very appreciated. Paulina helped a lot before him as well.

If I can give this place a -0 I would!! The absolute worst digital mailbox! I repeat please do not use these crooks! They like to cold transfer you because they clearly don’t know how to do their jobs and then leave you on hold because they’re clueless. I submitted all the documents needed and was approved. I was getting mail and then just randomly stopped getting mail because Ipostal didn’t send the proper documents to the physical mailbox, so I was paying for a service for months without even receiving service. Let me remind you, ipostal didn’t reach out with a phone call or email just continued to take money and not provide the service!!! Every representative there loves to play games and tell you one thing but it’s really another.Shawn, who’s supposedly from escalations was clueless and no help!!Lindsey as well who is completely terrible who likes to cut the customer off and without even hearing the situation.Connor “we will call you back today and get this issue fixed” well guess what Conor!? It’s not fixed.There’s better virtual mailbox companies other people! Be smart! Stay away.

Often times satisfaction comes NOT from a service working flawlessly, but from how a company handles a customer's problems and resolves them. iPostal1, being an intermediary service that brings together physical mailbox providers and customers who needs box(es) far from home, undoubtedly encounters an endless slew of cases of providers who are not doing their job properly. The basic premise of the service is very simple. You pick from a long list of physical locations to receive your mail, take a photo of the outside of EVERY piece of mail, and notify you. That photo is so important, because it is the quintessential reason why you would pay for such a service. Yet not all locations are built the same and it's probably impossible to properly screen every one. Bad actors can lose your mail, forget to take the photo, and don't play by the rules. To that end I give huge props to iPostal1 Support Team's LINDSEY. I had a problem with the first location I picked as it was terrible. Lindsey stepped in and promised to be there for me the entire way to make this right, and suggesting that I first give another location a try. I picked two other locations and they were both infinitely better than the first location. After a month of tests, I am now extremely happy with my substitution. During this month of trial and error, Lindsey was reachable by phone and email. In an age when retail giants have outsourced customer service overseas and you get a completely different person every time you call, it is so refreshing to know that iPostal1 values good customer service and keeps everything in-house. In the end, it was Lindsey who provided me with the proper refunds to close the locations I didn't like and awarded me a few free months for the one I stuck with. Very satisfied with the resolution and I can now continue to use the service with my mind at ease.

I looked for a virtual mailing address through several different companies, a few were unresponsive some felt like straight up scams and when I found iPostal1 and realized that you actually pick up your mail from a legit place I was in. I went through the process and so far everything is more than expected. Phenomenal!!! I wold highly recommend.

They literally stole from my wife. They were supposed to issue a credit. They said both in voice and in writing (multiple times) that they processed the refund but the refund was never received. We opened a dispute with the bank. Ipostal then said they would give us the refund if we withdraw the dispute. But if we withdraw the dispute and they don't process the refund the bank will not allow us to reopen the dispute. Oh, and Ipostal is claiming to the bank that the dispute is fraudulent. This place is a crooked as they come. As to the response from Ipostal, it was over a month and 1/2 and the refund never appeared in the account despite your multiple assurances that the credit was issued. How can we trust you to process the refund if we withdraw the dispute? That makes no sense at all.

The reason I’m giving a 4 star is because Jay W, a mobile chat support agent was very patient with me and determined to get my account fixed and I’m very thankful for that. I can never get anyone on the phone to get my issue resolved with the high call volume, however, after going through two mobile chat agents, Jay W successfully reconciled my account.

Today I received the best service ever from Armine. She made me feel valued, which isn't something you find in people nowadays. I really appreciate how effective, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful she was. She knocked all of my issues, and made me feel comfortable while doing it. It took so many other visits prior. Again, clone this individuals customer service, and give them a RAISE. THANK YOU & MERRY CHRISTMAS ??.

11/30/23 Response to iPostal1- I saw your response to my review. I can definitely share my account information which you give me a point of contact like an email or phone number with an extension.I signed up in July 2023, had to complete some paperwork to get a box number, and submitted everything by the beginning of August. I kept logging in to the platform. Nothing was happening. I kept getting the message that they needed the paperwork that I had already gotten notarized and uploaded onto their platform.I would call and the line would be busy. Finally, I got through to someone last week (Thanksgiving Week) and they said," Oh yeah, everything had been uploaded." upon their review. Because I run my own business I am super busy so finally getting to this was a big deal. Customer Service through the live chat said it would probably take another week or so for me to get my mailbox. I then finally asked if I would be credited back for the time the account was not fully active nor would my service start in November. They told me that my service started in July so I just have a few months left. I then asked if there was anything that anyone could do about this. They said no. I then asked to speak to a manager if a manager could give me a call and the Live chat representative said no.I then asked for a credit back and they said no. I asked for a full refund, and they said no. They could only give me a partial refund. I was then really confused at the fact that the service had not even started for me actually to get my mail, and yet they could not move my start date to November from when everything was being finalized nor could they give me a credit off the following year up to November nor could they provide me with a full refund because it was past 30 days of purchase.My real problem is the fact that no one reached out to me to let me know exactly what was going on. I only got one email in August and then I went into the platform and uploaded what they needed. Would reallyThe live chat representative, then proceeded to cancel my service and give me a partial refund. They falsely claim their virtual business address will work for opening a business. I can't get business license with the city since they do not accept virtual business addresses, they were immediately detected it's inside Office Depot. Same did my bank - they said it's not a true office, so beware.And of course they refused to refund any payments back
