Reasonable price for bike rental, $30 for 24 hours for a decent 5 speed bicycle. Friendly and courteous service.

I Rented an electric scooter from the SSS, young lady was friendly and helpful. Rentals are much less expensive than Plaza Sports who's scooters are very problematic.

So I'm from San Diego and I have visited plenty of surf shops around the world. This was by far the worst experience i've ever had. When I first walked into the shop I was slightly wet and immediately got bitched at rudely. This has never happened to me before, as I was in a surf shop on the beach! I then attempted to rent a board and the man was extremely unhelpful. I asked how much it would cost if I broke the board and he beat around the bush for a while and then finally said "we'll charge you whatever we want". I then walked out of the shop. I've never delt with a bigger KOOK in my life!!! Not only should he not be running a surf shop as he is a complete kook, but this is undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever received, enough to make me want to write my first yelp review ever.
