Perfect area located close to the fishing charters. Cozy and quaint. Rooms are spacious equipped with a small refrigerator. A little outdated, but clean. Loved the balcony for a great view overlooking the pool.
Rooms: 2 full-size beds and a small refrigerator. AC worked great. Spacious for 4 people to move around in. Small bathroom. Clean but a little outdated. Nice chairs on the porches and balcony to sit outside. Chairs and picnic tables were also available, plus an outdoor grilling area.
Nearby activities: Close to the marinas and the yacht clubs. Perfect location if you have booked a fishing charter. Short drive to area beaches such as the county park and the Schooner Amistad location. Town was a short drive away as well.

Really liked staying here. We were here for my wife’s triathlon event. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Lovely part of the world.

Very nice place. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. It's in walking distance to fishing boats, eateries and stores.Walkability: 10 minutes to walk to the harbor.

The owner Merle was a pleasure. Rooms are very clean and the pool is spotless. It is walking distance to all the fishing boats and gosmans. With plenty of restaurants around if your looking for a low key experience in montauk. Price is very reasonable.

My aunt Merle has ran this motel by her self since my uncle Robert died, back in the early 2000s. When I was a kid I would visit during the summertime, I always loved staying there with them and helping out, she taught so much and always made me feel at home, because of these two amazing people I had an amazing experience living in Montauk..
